The baskets are truly a sight to behold, featuring a diverse range of colorful flowers that are sure to brighten up any garden or porch. “You would spend about $70 or more for this type of quality basket at a retail store,” Goodvin explained, “We sell them for $45 which is a great value. Our members have put a lot of effort into creating these beautiful baskets, and we are confident that they will bring joy to our customers.”
The club’s scholarship program has been a cornerstone of Ponderay Rotary’s philanthropic efforts for 18 years, providing financial assistance to local high school graduates and students pursuing higher education. In 2024, the club distributed over $43,000 in scholarships, supporting the dreams of hundreds of young people. The annual flower basket fundraiser is an integral part of this program, helping to raise vital funds to support the club’s scholarship initiatives. Box 813, Ponderay, ID 83852. “The club enjoys this fundraiser because the customer is usually very happy to bring home beautiful flowers, and it reminds us that spring is here,” Goodvin added.
