What helps us help you

For a tool bug, tell us which calculator, what you entered, and what you expected instead of what you got. For a content correction, link the specific page. For a general suggestion, a couple of sentences is plenty.

What we can’t do

We can’t confirm your eligibility for a specific scholarship, extend a deadline, or give financial-aid, admissions, or legal advice — for that, contact the scholarship provider or your school’s financial-aid office directly. Our tools produce estimates from the formulas described on the About page, not official determinations.

How fast we reply

We read everything, but this isn’t a staffed help desk, so replies come as time allows rather than on a fixed schedule.
